A lot of people may be familiar with the word Microsoft. And it is just right because Microsoft is one of the most amazing companies I know of. Their latest software, the microsoft office 365 uk is one of the best yet. It combines a number of Microsoft’s productivity tools including Office, Exchange, Web App, SharePoint and Lync. I own a company and this is what we use in our system. I love it because it gives me the type of security I required. When it was first installed, I was instructed that I will act as the administrator in the system. This means that I have complete access to all the documents and files saved in the system. However, I can grant and filter who else can do the same. This gives me the power to limit the audience of certain information. This is especially useful when I am approaching a possible client. I can provide him with the data he needs by showing him some of the company’s files. But He will not be able to edit or delete these things. He can merely look at them and use them to make an informed decision. I also love the fact that I can create online conferences with my employees, colleagues, partners and yes, clients. Either through video, audio or file sharing, communication has never been so easy. It promotes collaboration among the employees and it was an effective way of managing documents and important files. I highly recommend this.
