Halloween is celebrated more than Christmas as usual. For me I anticipated Halloween more than any holiday even as I got older. I really liked the idea that you can mask yourself for something else in one day. However, now that I am working already I do not have the choice to go out on October 31 just to do trick or treat. I had to be in the hospital. I was bargaining to take an off but no one wanted a shift on that day. It’s understandable; most of us liked the holiday very much. For those unfortunate people like us who have to work on this day, we just made the hospital scary instead to enjoy our shifts on Halloween. All of us bought Halloween scrub caps with our matching Uniforms. I saw these on Blue Sky and I was really thrilled to see them. Little pumpkin prints and skulls were so cute that even the children’s ward enjoyed what we wore. We also bought Cheap Scrubs so we can mess them a little with fake blood while we did our rounds. Everything was just fun for a not-so-typical Halloween. How I wish we could turn these into our Medical Uniforms but that would not be fun anymore for the patients, they might think we are lunatics if we wore them the whole year round. Together with the other scrub caps we bought, I also purchased my own different scrub caps because the designs were very unique besides the shipping is already free so I took the advantage.
